TV Kit for HughesNet dish
|
| Note that these "Bird on a Wire" TV kits are no longer being produced and we have heard Hughes has no plans to reintroduce them. We have a LIMITED supply and when they are gone, they're gone. . . |
This kit attaches to a Hughes Dish so that DirecTV at 101 degrees can be acquired while simultaneously accessing the Internet on the "axis" satellite. |
The kits were designed to work with the original DirecWay fiberglass Prodelin dish. Dustyfoot has been able to modify them to work with the new HughesNet Raven dishes as well. If you have the older Fiberglass DirecWay dish, please make a note in the comments section when checking out.

This item comes fully assembled and preconfigured for your on-axis satellite. It also includes two short RG6 cables, which make for easy connections, as well as a 50' roll of dual RG6 Cable. Using both feeds of this dual LNB allows for connecting two satellite receivers (not supplied) or connecting a Digital Video Recorder style receiver that can record one channel while you are watching another channel.

Don't know what satellite you are on? Enter 192.168.0.1 into your web browser and click System Info and look at the value for Satellite Longitude. It needs to correspond with one of the seven in the list of above satellite numbers. If you are also ordering a complete Dustyfoot system at this time, leave the Axis Satellite as Unknown and we will take care of it for you. |
